The Original Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. The true Church is not a building or an organization but rather it is an organism, a spiritual union of believers that serves the Lord in unity. In God’s plan, collectively, each church contributes toward the Kingdom Cause. We are to be unified in purpose as we pursue our God-given mission for Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. Each Pastor is given the specific work assignment for his/her church.

Our ministries, following the vision set forth by our pastor, labor together to accomplish Mount Pleasant’s assigned mission. Each of our ministries has a specific mission and purpose. Visit the specific page for each ministry to learn more about it’s mission. Each Christian has an assigned purpose and God has placed us here specifically for that purpose.
